"Time is an illusion" - we hear that being said all the time. But what if you gave the statement a room for thought. And imagined that there is no past. There is no future. Everything that happens, happens right here and right now. Everything that is actually real, is only real here and now. How easy would Life feel if every moment was simply a new moment without the attachment to the past. Every moment you could redefine yourself as to who you want to be and what you want to do. Without any ties from the past that drag you back and attach you to things that define you as someone you no longer want to.

How interesting and how joyful would Life get?

How much more courage would you have?

How much more enthusiastic about Life would you be?

How much less would you care what other people think about you?

Maybe Alan Watts was a great thinker of the 20th century for a reason. 🤔
