Whatever we do and accomplish - even if it is only tying your š or making the bed - starts with a VISUALISATION. A mental picture in your mind where you see the thing done INternally. And then you go and do it EXternally.
The same applies to... actually, everything in Life. š
It doesn't matter if you don't know HOW to do it or are AFRAID to do it - either way first you have to SEE š it done in your mind. Then and ONLY then it can materialise in your Life.
